Students desiring to withdraw their admission after the commencement of the course may do so by submitting a written letter or email to the admission team.

Penalty on Withdrawal of Admission:

Cancellation of admission by a candidate/student will attract the following penalties:

Admission / registration amount is refundable as following condition -

• If a candidate who has paid the course fee wants to withdraw his/her admission 30 days to 60 days after the admission in the program course than only 50 % of the total fee (if paid) will be refund . An email regarding the cancellation of the admission should reach in the prescribe time . The email need to be send to sdccpefoundation@gmail.com .
• If a candidate who has paid the course fee wants to withdraw his/her admission between 30 days to 15 days after the admission in the program course than only 60% of the total fee(if paid) will be refunded . An email regarding the cancellation of the admission should reach in the prescribe time . The email need to be send to sdccpefoundation@gmail.com .
• If a candidate who has paid the course fee wants to withdraw his/her admission between 15 days to 1 day after the admission in the program course than only 70% of the total fee(if paid) will be refunded. An email regarding the cancellation of the admission should reach in the prescribe time . The email need to be send to sdccpefoundation@gmail.com
• If a student wants to withdraw from a course/ program after 60 after the admission in the program course than no fee will be refunded.

Important Note:

• Admission / registration amount refund in the same bank/ wallet / card with in the 7 working day . No any offline refunding policy.
• In case a candidate is found to be non-eligible or not following any rules and regulation specified by the institution in the Students Guidelines and Students declaration form during any stage of the admission process or course duration , his/her admission will stand cancelled with immediate effect and he/she will be subjected to non refund any type of fee amount .
• In all matters concerning admissions, the decision of SDCCP Education Foundation committee shall be final and binding on all the candidates.

Refund guidelines in case of non-performance and disciplinary actions No fee will be refunded in following cases:

• Case of non performance.
• Attendance below specified level.
• If candidates is expelled in case of some discipline issue.
• In case a candidate is found to be non-eligible or not following any rules and regulation specified by the institution in the Students Guidelines and Students declaration form during any stage of the admission process or course delivery, his/her admission will stand cancelled
